After a busy day exploring you’ll find plenty of close by Restaurants and bars to unwind in.
The space
The apartment is in a beautifully designed new build development. The interior is light and cosy. The open plan living space has a fully fitted. modern kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The bedroom has a super king size bed and a huge walk in closet. The walk in shower room has high spec fixtures and fittings. This apartment is a true gem, ideally located to explore all the Bath and the surrounding countryside has to offer.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Terry and 26/07/2024Beautiful apartment in Bath but needs a local contact.. Apartment, property beautiful. New and modern. Elevators. Not Air-conditioned. Lovely area above Bath. Secure allocated Basrment Car Parking fantastic. Interior elegant and furniture and furnishings in excellent condition. Easy Laundry in cupboard. Views outstanding. Left car for 4 days and caught cheap Taxis down or back, because parking in Bath too difficult. Key Box easy & well explained.. This Property needs a Local Manager. No air-con but Heated. Hot as Hades. We find heat unbearable anyway but we couldn’t turn heating off or down. Screens were registering 23,24, 25 nearly 26. Bathroom worst room at nearly 26. Couldn’t open huge windows. Had a metal plate screwed across to prevent opening. Can understand fear of burglars but too hot. In Summer would be dangerous. The booking site staff tried desperately to help us by contacting Owner but in spite of excessive contact back and forth the heat remained high. Owner refuted temperature could be as high as it was. We sent photos of the screens. They said open windows. Chance a fine thing. They were screwed shut! Property needs a local Manager to attend to emergencies.
